The short agreement that governs how we do business together.
These are boilerplate terms covering website usage. Contracted engagements (Recruiting Playbook, Contingent Search, Preferred Partnership) are governed by separately-signed agreements.
Website use
This site is provided as-is. We try to keep everything accurate, but information can change — always confirm details (pricing, guarantees, timelines) in the agreement we sign for your engagement.
The Hiring Blueprint ($24)
One-time digital purchase. Delivered instantly via email. 14-day refund window — email us and we'll refund, no questions asked.
The Recruiting Playbook ($997)
Done-with-you engagement. Seven business days from payment to final Strategy Call. Client Success criteria: all 8 deliverables completed, Strategy Call held. If we miss those, we refund the difference.
Contingent Search
Governed by the executed fee agreement with your company. Standard terms: contingent (pay at hire), engagements start at $5,000 — typically 20% of year-one base salary — with a 60-day replacement guarantee. All variations documented in the signed agreement.
