Privacy Policy

Short version: we only collect what we need to help you, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete anything at any time.

What we collect

Information you give us: Name, work email, company, and (optionally) role title — collected explicitly through the Hiring Health Survey form before any questions are asked. Your responses to the assessment itself. Payment information is processed by Stripe, which we never see or store.

Automatic page-view tracking: Like most websites, we use standard analytics tracking via HubSpot that records pages you visited, device type, and approximate location — anonymously until you identify yourself through a form. Once you do (e.g. through the assessment), prior anonymous visits are linked to your contact record so we know what you read before reaching out.

How we use it

Information you give us is used to (1) generate your personalized Hiring Health scorecard using Anthropic's Claude API, (2) deliver products and services you've purchased, and (3) follow up about your assessment results if your bucket warrants it (Hot leads get a same-day call invitation; Nurture-bucket completers get the workbook follow-up only). Page-view tracking is used to understand what content actually serves operators and to improve the site.

Where it lives: Your contact record is stored in HubSpot (our CRM). Survey responses live in HubSpot as custom contact properties tied to your record. The personalized scorecard is generated by Anthropic's Claude API and served back to you immediately — Anthropic does not retain it.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share candidate search queries with third parties. We don't keep payment card numbers — Stripe handles those directly. We don't track you across the web for advertising outside standard retargeting pixels (Meta, Google), which you can disable.
